Each report is built entirely from publicly verifiable sources, with conflicts between data houses printed rather than reconciled. Where a number cannot be known, we say so.

Gulfstream G700

The G700 market is not tight — it is closed. One hundred and five aircraft in service, a handful of private offerings, and nothing at all on any public listing service. A full read of supply formation, price positioning against the new-build queue, and the competitive set.

02 / Method

Named, dated,
and attributed.

Reports of this kind are normally produced from a paid subscription. We build ours from publicly verifiable sources — and state plainly what that costs us.

What we print

Every figure carries a named source and a date. Derived numbers are labelled as derivations. Where two reputable data houses disagree — and on thin markets they routinely do — both are printed, with the methodological reason for the gap.

  • Fleet, availability and transaction counts, sourced and dated
  • Published asks, with the dealer and observation date
  • Verified negatives — where the type does not appear
  • Conflicts on the record, carried rather than resolved

What we don't

Closed sale prices are not public records. FAA bills of sale carry only nominal consideration, and escrow and title agents hold real numbers under confidentiality. So we do not print a closed sale price, a days-on-market figure or an ask-to-sale deviation where none exists in public.

  • No modelled residual curves presented as observed data
  • No absorption rate computed from a sample of one
  • No estimate offered without the word "estimate" attached
  • No aircraft of our own — we hold no inventory and answer to no seller
Not an appraisal

These reports are provided for information only. They are not an offer, a solicitation, an appraisal, or advice on the value of any specific aircraft. Figures are drawn from third-party sources believed reliable but not independently audited by GEMCAN GROUP, and market conditions change without notice. Any transaction should be supported by a serial-specific valuation, a records review and a pre-purchase inspection.
